GDLS Construction provides various construction services including but not limited to residential construction, commercial construction, industrial projects, renovation and remodeling, project management, and design and planning. The specific details, scope, timeline, and cost of any services will be outlined in a separate contract between GDLS Construction and the client.
All quotations provided by GDLS Construction are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A formal contract will be drawn up upon acceptance of a quotation, which will detail the scope of work, payment schedule, timeline, and other relevant terms. No work will commence until a signed contract has been received along with any agreed-upon deposit.
Unless otherwise stated, GDLS Construction and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Payment terms will be specified in the individual contract for services. Generally, GDLS Construction requires a deposit before work commences, with progress payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion. All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges and/or halt work until payment is received.
GDLS Construction warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the contract specifications, and in compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards. Our liability is limited to the contract value unless otherwise specified by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Any variations or changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional costs and/or time extensions. GDLS Construction reserves the right to charge for additional work requested by the client that falls outside the original contract scope.
Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual contract. Generally, if a client wishes to cancel a project after the contract has been signed, any costs already incurred by GDLS Construction plus a percentage of the contract value to cover loss of profit may be charged. GDLS Construction reserves the right to terminate a contract if a client is in breach of payment terms or other significant contract conditions.
GDLS Construction shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, or shortage or unavailability of materials from a natural source of supply.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
GDLS Construction reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website and our services, you are expected to review these terms regularly to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this website and our services.
